Drugs, target genes and diseases sit in one knowledge graph. Pick a disease to see repurposing candidates with their supporting genes, then pick a candidate to trace the path from the drug to the disease.
Search by ingredient name or ID (DOID:1612). Common names such as aspirin are not indexed yet. Only diseases around breast cancer are loaded for now.

Data: Hetionet v1.0 (integrating DrugBank, Disease Ontology, Entrez Gene and others). The source data was published in 2017.
