Substance duty cards

One card per substance listed in Annex 21 (work environment measurement), Annex 22 (special health examination) and Annex 12 (controlled hazardous substances), with the annex text and the conditions that make it apply. A card shows only those conditions. Whether your workplace is covered is determined in the duty check, from concentration and regular headcount.

  1. 1이 카드는 물질이 별표에 실린 항목과 그 적용 조건만 보여 줍니다. 이 물질을 쓴다고 의무가 생긴다는 뜻이 아닙니다.
  2. 2실제 의무는 제품 안 함량(%)과 상시 근로자 수, 작업 조건에 따라 달라집니다. 카드의 함량 기준은 대상이 되는 혼합물의 기준이지 그 사업장의 의무가 아닙니다.
  3. 3내용은 법제처에서 받은 별표 원문을 옮긴 규칙에서 나온 것이며 법률 자문이 아닙니다.
  4. 4법령이 고용노동부 고시로 넘긴 기준(「그 밖에 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시하는 유해인자」, 측정 주기 단축 대상 등)은 넣지 않았습니다.
  5. 5묶음형 항목(「…등」, 「…및 그 화합물」)에 어떤 물질이 드는지는 이름으로 찾은 후보이며 전문가 검수 전입니다.
  6. 6법령은 받은 날 기준입니다. 개정 알림은 없습니다.
